Photography Vs. Videography

Since I offer both services this is a question I hear often:
Which is better: the Photography or Videography package. This is a choice that is very hard to make when planning your wedding and there's no easy answer I can give in this respect.

A photo captures a moment in time, video allows you to record movement and sound, which include the walk down the aisle, the wedding vows, the song and first dance, toast, cake cut and comments and more. Whether you choose a Photo Album, a Wedding DVD or both you will be allowed to relive and hold on to the memories of your wedding day forever!

Sometimes when the wedding budget starts getting high, some choose to settle for one or the other and compromises on package choices are made. When available I can offer both photography and videography services at the same event with the help of my assistant camerapersons and I offer discounts of %10 when both photography and videography services are used together at the same event. Personally I would get the best package for both services although it may not be within your budget consider the fact that hopefully you only get married once and you will want the absolutely best possible quality photos and video footage of your wedding day. If you choose a smaller package and decide you want more after your wedding I can't go back and get photos or video footage of your wedding I didn't take because it wasn't part of the package! Make the right decision and get the best for your wedding you deserve it - it's an investment of high quality memories.

A video of your wedding day will allow you and your family to relive this moment in time for generations to come. Also I can make a still of any frame off from the video and there's 30 frames per second so that's a lot of pictures to choose from. For candid stills I get better photos than a photographer since there's so many pictures to choose from I can get the most climatic ones. Although the quality of the still image is not comparable to image quality achieved by using my photography services. You still might want to think about just upgrading your video package with digital .jpeg's as a slideshow on your DVD instead of having a Photo Album Package.
